Living By Faith & Sailing On The Wind of Hope January 3, 2026

Hello, family, I came before the Lord today as my baby girl was asleep to discern a few things. I decided to pull rhemas, and they were clear instructions, but not sure what direction He wanted me to take with each of them. I went to the Bible promises, and I was confused.

After a long while of trying to figure it out, I got compulsive, my time has been wasted and I’m even more confused than when I began and I thought it would be best to use the rest of the time that I have to record the previous two messages before baby girl wakes up because, in my confusion, I didn't trust myself to hear Jesus clearly, so I thought tomorrow would be fine. Then I went one last time to Bible Promises and got laziness, and I knew it was about me sitting down to hear His voice amidst my own failures and concerns. So did cringing, wondering if He would speak to me, or amidst all the confusion I put myself into this morning because of my compulsiveness.

So I came, Jesus, what’s on your heart? Lord, I'm confused. Please ring me for clarity. Sorry, there is so much on my mind.

Jesus began,

“You're flustered, and your mind is on many things beloved. Again, I always desire to speak with you and to share a word with the flock, don’t think otherwise; these are critical times, and My brides need living waters daily to drink from and fresh manna to eat from. I want to discuss with you living by faith.[And that’s the rhema card I just pulled] Many of My brides are getting weary in well doing, and I need you rather strengthened for the greater and the more that is ahead. My beloved ones, when I said in scripture the just live by faith, I was speaking about you.”

Romans 1:17 For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith.”

“For one to live by faith is to be sailing on the constant seas of hope because faith is the substance of things hoped for…”

As I chimed in, “and the evidence of things not seen. Hebrews 11:1”

“Good, the enemy is always trying to steal that hope when he is able to capture it, that is when you lose sight of Me. Discouragement, exaggerated anxieties, fears, doubts, and all manner of things creep in. As the saying goes, when you can take away hope from someone, you can easily break them, but My word also says that My love has been poured into your hearts, which is the source of your hope, and you will not be disappointed.”

Romans 5:5

Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.

“So you see, My beloved ones, My hope does not disappoint. It will not disappoint, nor will you be brought to shame.”

I said, Lord, if I may interject, what about the person listening who has hoped against hope for something, yet the worst happens, or their prayer wasn't answered, or also, as Scripture says, hope deferred makes the heart sick. Many have sick hearts waiting on the promise.

“I understand My beloved little one (smiling), who do you think gave you that prompting to ask?”

I said, You did Lord?

“Yes, because I know some hearing this message will think that, if not all. Hope is My goodness, My beloved ones, that is how you live by faith. Even when your prayer is not answered, or a contradiction is allowed from what you desired or prayed. That is when faith again kicks in, for you not to be yielded by your circumstances but trust that I will work even that which you're going through, experiencing, for your good and for My glory. Hope is like the wind of My spirit blowing at the helm of your sails to lead you on, don’t let Satan steal that from you. I am stretching My brides, purifying , and strengthening them so even when your prayers are not answered, I am growing you in hope, I am stretching it and your faith as well. Living by faith means you will be tested over and over again in various ways, and when it seems like all hope is lost, that is when you will see Me coming through, and you will be so much stronger for it.

“Your faith will grow in the greatest way when trials like these happen. Living by faith causes a soul to trust; that is the second thing. First comes hope to be your guide, and trust is your anchor. Faith without trust is not faith at all. For one must believe when they approach Me, I am who I say that I am Hebrews 11:6. Once you have yielded yourself to hope then you can trust Me when rough waters come, you can trust Me when a new direction is taken, you can trust Me even when it looks like your ship is sinking that I will not leave you nor forsake you and that I am in the boat with you and endure a little time I will come to your rescue and grant you your salvation just as I did with My disciples when they feared Me to be sleeping through their storm in the boat.”

Matthew 8:25-26

Suddenly, a furious storm came on the lake, so that the waves swept over the boat. But Jesus was sleeping. The disciples went and woke him, saying, “Lord, save us! We’re going to drown!” He replied, “You of little faith, why are you so afraid?” Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm.

“I am making My brides, enduring, resilient, patient, and strong in the midst of what looks like many times the most confusing, frustrating, and painful situations. You are living by faith and growing beautifully. Read Hebrews 11 the heroes of the faith and you will see then the patriarchs and matriarchs of the faith were tested in their hope many times and lived out their faith some obtaining the promise by great conquest and others not seeing it until this life with Me here in heaven but all were accounted righteous because they believed and lived by it. This generation hates to be tested, despises being tried, and is definitely very impatient. These all go against My ways and character when I call and choose a soul to be used by Me for My glory. So, renounce this life My brides fully and finally, then it will be easier for you knowing that this life is no longer yours, and I am free to do what I will and desire with it, as you hope in My goodness, trusting My hand, filled with My love in your hearts, living by faith.”

And now Jesus instructs me.

“For you, My little one, the inspirations I have given you are a start. Step out in faith, go visit the sick, anoint them and pray for them teaching them My ways to close any doors that have been open for unconfessed sin. Make the children the center in your activities at the mission house not an afterthought or something to do on Sunday and rush through. The children are more of a greater blessing to you than you think. The children are more of a greater blessing to all of you than you think. When you travel I will give you opportunities to touch lives so be open to the inspirations I give you there as well.”

And that was the end of Jesus message.
