My Time In The Mountains of Italy

Hello family, I have just now returned back from our trip to the mission house in Italy ran by Brother Juniper and Mother Therese. The place was simply beautiful. Truly a refuge away from the world and a holy place at that. They are in the village of Cassina. This particular town has been a refuge for believers for centuries, they found out. When Emperor Nero was killing all the Christians during the early church, many of the Christians, and it even said Paul himself, came there to pray, and God moved. There have been many apparitions of the Blessed Mother there as well, and a friend of Brother Juniper, Pabuelo, who is an intercessor commissioned by the Blessed Mother as a young child, has also seen her in the sky.

Once me and Rose arrived, it was a lovely time of fellowship and catching up. Although it’s springtime since they're in the mountains, we had about a week of snow and rain, so it was cold, and brother juniper did all he could to keep us warm with the fire. I shared with you our battles we faced, but the Lord allowed us the endurance to pass through it all. I was sent there to receive from Brother Juniper and Mother Therese, and also to help them bring their beautiful baby boy into the world by being a helping hand to their beautiful daughter, Abigail, during labour. Abigail is only 4 months older than Rose, so it was exciting to see Heartdweller babies meet each other. Ruth and I would also joke on the phone and dream that one day all of our children would meet and be together, especially me, her, and Therese, as we were all together in the Taos house preparing for our Ghana mission before the lord separated us, and now we all have our own families and children. It was a blessing.

Mother Therese did an amazing job holding off going to the hospital until the next day, when she started labour at midnight. She learned from the first time when she had to be there for days before labour, and it worked. We left the house around 4 pm, and she gave birth to Gabriel in 2 hours and 45 minutes upon her arrival at the hospital. Amazing, I told her she’s my Shero. This is where the Holy Spirit and all of heaven had to help me. I had a rose on my back tied up in an African fabric carrier, and holding a hysterical Abigail in my arms, who wanted her daddy and mama, who were in labour. I had to bounce her and coo her to sleep as I prayed the whole time for the Lord to help me because we came unprepared, because it happened so fast, I didn’t have a stroller or anything to put her or Rose in.

I prayed, asking the Lord for friendly bystanders to assist me if I needed it, and figured out how to work this out. So I had to sit down with Abigail in my arms and allow Rose to be free from my back and prop her up to play with the hospital chairs since she can't walk yet, while managing not to drop a sleeping Abigail. Sure enough, friendly bystanders, also visiting family at the hospital, were so kind with a rose and smitten with her as many came to my aid. Needless to say, the Holy Spirit definitely helped me on that one.

There were two nights without Mother Therese that made it tough for little Abigail to be away from her mommy, but Brother Juniper did a wonderful job, and we were able to manage together to get her to sleep and be at peace until little Gabriel and mummy came home. On Sundays, we had our Lord's supper service, and it was wonderful to see little Abigail get a white ribbon and drape it over her neck like a stole, and she would mimic Daddy by giving us an absolution and blessing. It was so precious; she is such a sweet girl, and we are looking forward to all that Gabriel become is by God’s grace.

It was a wonderful time of hospitality, fellowship, prayer, and battle for sure, but we were victorious with God's help. As you guys heard in the previous message, Br. Juniper really endowed a lot of wisdom concerning what the Lord is wanting to do in Heartdwellers and it would really help us financially and helping them as well. Our wonderful Brother and Sister are now in need with the second child here, and still dealing with winter and many bills that are up and coming. They, too, are missionaries running The House of IHS CHRIST ministries and support suffering and poor families in Sierra Leone as well, as we all trust the Lord to live off donations. Just as Jesus mentioned in the previous message, he has called His Brother to be a blessing and equip us with wisdom when this wealth transfer takes place. We want to be a blessing to them, and you can also support them and there ever growing family and mission. They have pressing bills coming, and any donation amount from the family to support the mission and Brother Juniper, Mother Therese, and the family would be greatly appreciated.
