Prayer Day 19 Her 19th son: Prayer Against A Spirit Of Immorality

1 Peter 2:11 ESV /

Beloved, I urge you as sojourners and exiles to abstain from the passions of the flesh, which wage war against your soul. Live such good lives among the pagans that, though they accuse you of doing wrong, they may see your good deeds and glorify God on the day he visits us.

Colossians 3:1-25 ESV /

If then you have been raised with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth. For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ who is your life appears, then you also will appear with him in glory. Put to death therefore what is earthly in you: sexual immorality, impurity, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry.

Father Lord,

We come before You as a people, as families, and as nations — repenting for the sin immorality.

Your word says the wages of sin is death and you have warned your people through your words and the writings of the prophets to flee from all forms of immorality which entangle our minds, entangle our hearts and entangle our lives leading us to destruction.

Lord have mercy on us, deliver us from the generational inquity that’s has affected our lives, our marriages, our children, and our nations.

We repent having anything to do with immorality. Forgive us for being led by the passions of the flesh forgetting we our sojourners of this earth and this is not our home. You have called us to be Holy and you are Holy so that we would be children of the Father in Heaven.

Lord,cleans our hearts, the hearts of our family members, our children, the hearts of this generation and leaders of the nations to thirst after righteousness and flee from all forms of immorality.

Delivery us from the son of Jezebel that has had its way with your people for so long. In the mighty name of Jesus we now take authority of you son of Jezebel, spirit of Immortality we cast you OUT now, OUT of our lives, OUT of our homes, OUTof our marriages, OUT of our schools, OUT of our government and we loose conviction, a Spirit of repentance and fire for Holiness to sweep across the nations and the hearts of your people Lord.

Cause to flee immediately from everything immoral. Let us be bold to call evil, evil and good, good in a world that mocks Your righteousness. We pray for a permanent break from this Spirit of immorality and breaks it curse over our lives and over nations in the mighty name of Jesus. We destroy its works, its assignment and its demonic network in the mighty name of Jesus.

We declare that as your people we will began to seek things that are above and not below. We will raise all our standards to that of the mind of Christ for our families, our marriages, our children and our nations are hidden in You. I decree whatever is earthly in me I put to death, whatever is earthly in my spouse I put to death, whatever is earthly in my children I put to death, whatever is earthly in the minds and hearts of this generation I put to death.

Whatever is earthly in the hearts and minds of the leaders of our nations I put to death now and forever, sexual immorality, impurity, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry in Jesus mighty name! We call forth the light and the fire of God to burn in our hearts motivate all our actions thy man may see the good works and glorify our Father who is in heaven. In the matchless name of Jesus we pray!
