Prayer Day 44: Her 44th Son: Prayer Against A Spirit Of Astrology

Heavenly Father, we come before You today acknowledging that You are the Lord of heaven and earth, the Creator of the sun, moon, and stars. Your Word declares that You alone are our guide and our deliverer. It is written in Isaiah 47:13, :You are wearied with your many counsels; let them stand forth and save you, those who divide the heavens, who gaze at the stars, who at the new moons make known what shall come upon you.

Heavenly Father, our bloodlines, our families, this generation and nations are wearied by the yoke of astrology. We stand in the gap of our ancestors, bloodlines, families, and nations, confessing and repenting for seeking guidance, entertainment, or a sense of destiny from astrology, horoscopes, or zodiac signs. recognise this as a sin of divination and idolatry, which is detestable to You. Please forgive us for putting our trust in creation rather than the Creator.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we renounce and break every fellowship with astrology; every hex, spell, and all influence the zodiac or any evil calendar has had over our bloodlines, our families and our nations. We reject every belief in bad luck or the idea that stars govern the destinies of our bloodlines and nations. By the authority of Jesus, we command the spirit of astrology in our bloodlines, families and nations to be arrested, bound and dragged out and cast at the feet of Jesus for judgement.

In the Name of Jesus, we command your word, which is fire & hammer, to attack and consume to destruction every stronghold of astrology in our lives, bloodlines, families and nations. Heal our bloodlines, families and nations by removing every consequence of fellowship with astrology. Have mercy, Lord. We declare our lives and destinies are governed by Your Word and Your will alone.

We ask for spiritual discernment to recognise and reject any future temptations related to these practices. We cover ourselves, bloodlines, families and nations with the blood of Jesus and ask for protection from any demonic activity that may have gained access through these avenues. Blood of Jesus, we command you to locate every altar of astrology in our lives, bloodlines, families and nations & consume them to destruction. Heavenly Father, we choose to place our faith entirely in You. Guide our steps, show us Your truth, and help our bloodlines, families, and nations bring You glory.
