Rainbow’s Trip to Heaven

[Rainbow] After Hearing about Mother Magdalen’s passing. I was very distraught about it to say the least. My heart was heavy. She was a beautiful sister and friend. I came to Heaven where I usually go to find Jesus and I told him what was on my heart. I told him about what was bothering me and why I felt the way that I did. Then he told me that they, meaning those in Heaven were going to throw her a Welcome Home party. I was quite overjoyed to hear this as it meant that she made it straight to Heaven and that she could pray for us from there. The party was to be held at the family compound on Heartdwellers Lane. The family compound sits a Huge, beautiful mansion and a beautiful backyard perfect for the party to be held. I was delighted that The Lord would ask me to help Mother Mary plan for such an event. What was a simple green luscious backyard was now filled with decorations. Flowers, Tables and Chairs and much more. Mother Mary, you could tell, was going all out for Magdalen. She had a buffet filled with delicious food and desserts, a gift section, and a table of honor where Magdalen would sit with the Trinity. Behind the honor table, there was a beautiful white backdrop with flowers and drapes to match along with a banner that said, ” Welcome Home Magdalen” After a long time of preparing. It was finally time to start. We were all standing quietly waiting for her to arrive. After a few minutes we heard her voice coming from the hall. In the distance I could see her walking next to Jesus blindfolded as he led her to the back door where the party was. She looked a lot younger, wearing a white dress and a beautiful flower crown. Her hair brushed back into a bun. As she finally got to the back door and Jesus took off the blindfold, we all yelled ” SURPRISE!!!” The look on her face said everything. She was indeed Surprised.

The party had soon started. Knowing myself and my stomach that has a mind of its own I headed straight to the buffet where there was lots of food to choose from. I couldn’t exactly name them because I have never seen them before, but my stomach approved. It was good! While sitting at my table Jesus brought Magdalen to me and she smiled as she always does and said ” Hi Rainbow” like she normally did on earth. She thanked me for helping Mother with the party in which I gave her a small token to remember the first time we met. She took it with delight. We spoke a bit though I don’t remember now what we spoke about. Then she went off to talk to the others. That was the end of my experience at Heartdwellers lane.

It makes me wonder about all the beautiful things in store for us when we do get there and when our loved ones passed what kind of homecoming party they got. Truly I don’t want to wait until then to see all that there is to see in heaven, and I am so grateful that the Lord has given us, even as unworthy as we are, an opportunity to see the place that he has prepared us. Our God is truly and awesome God!
