The City of God, A Light In the Darkness

“Father, what’s on Your heart this afternoon? Lord I really need to hear from you.”

Hey family, I finally arrived at the mission house, and I was really struggling with discouragement. I knew the ladies had also gone through their fair share of personal trials. And now it was just us three at the house, though the Lord had increased us. We now had Hamida, the young child, who got raped, then had her son. She was now entrusted in our care and is staying with us with the baby. There are also two sisters, Esther and Florence who are part of our children’s ministry and now have become young candidates who want to learn about the religious life, a deeper prayer life and intimacy with Jesus.

Being away, I had to set things in order and put schedules together so the girls would have idle time. Mother Catherine and Christine had done a wonderful job with them thus far. But now I had to seek the Lord as to how to run the mission house. Derrick was now in Ivory Coast doing work and so it was me and Rose again.  Thank you for your prayers, she was doing much better and healing now. However, all my responsibilities where hitting me again. The anxiety of fear to hear from the Lord was still there.

I always thought that we would begin the city of God once the land was given back to us and we were able to build. But I realized the Lord was starting now with having us engaged more with the children, them coming over, Him wanting us to teach them, and now one living with us at the mission house with a baby. We are no longer just a prayer community with priests. We had souls, we had to form, train up and take care of, very suddenly. So again, I was feeling so overwhelmed.

I then pulled a rhema in the chapel and one of them said. I am up for this; I will help you- Jesus.

As tears streamed down my face, I took a deep breath and said, “Jesus I trust in You, Jesus I trust in You, Jesus I trust in You.” I began to seek the Lord for His wisdom concerning how He wanted to run the community now.

So I came before the Lord, within a few days I received instructions.

Jesus began,

“I’m here, beloved, I want you to run to Me. That Is why I have made the rhema a bit elusive, beloved. The rhemas are like guiding lights to Me, but you have Me. All of Me, beloved, every part of Me is yours, I am one with you. So close, beloved, closer than you breath. Yes we are one, beloved. Truly, I know the movements of your heart, your thoughts, and I am just one response away. Call upon Me, beloved and I will answer you.

You have been fighting thoughts and feelings all on your own, and I have been patiently waiting to embrace you and help you through each one. Yes, this work is a vast undertaking, and you are being pulled by thoughts of your many responsibilities and things that you need to set in order, and you are also being pulled by the demons. You must pray the binding prayer every day and enforce the law of encroachment because they know you are willing to endure through every manner of opposition, criticism and resistance, so they heap it on you and the community by bringing many more devils to make your suffering unbearable. When you are not able to pray as you should, they use that opportunity to strain you more.

So pray and take authority and let’s take each thing one day at a time, beloved. As I told you, I am up for this, very much up for this. I am actually excited, He said smiling. Oh beloved, I have long awaited for this work to come to past, even before time memoriam. This was a thought of love in the Father’s heart given to My mother and she too has waited for you to come on the earth to fulfill this work.

You see the destinies of a soul is embedded in their making their DNA, not just when they are created but before time began. The Father has thought of each person’s destiny and unique creation and when they are intended to do for His glory and advancement of the kingdom. The souls in heaven also know because in heaven all things are one with the Father, one with Me and one with My spirit. So they too receive the Father’s infinite knowledge and understanding about each soul. And the souls in heaven are very excited about the work that the souls on earth are entrusted to do and the work they too get to be a part of. So there are souls in heaven entrusted to you for this work. This is their work too now revealed in heaven to them and they are excited. My Mother has known of you and the others called to this work since birth. She has carried this burning desire in her heart to see it fulfilled. So it’s not like we have work on earth to be done, then we look and choose a soul to do it. Rather, the soul is born and destined for it. So all of heaven jumps with excitement when a particular soul entrusted with a great work they have known about is born in the earth and then the work begins to keep them from missing the mark and derailing their destinies because so many are involved. Not only those that will impact on earth but those impacted and very much a part of this work in heaven.

So you see how blessed you are and the others they were destined for this. So do not fear, do not get anxious about anything or even discouraged. This work will be completed and will go forward and impact not only this generation but will surpass even this lifetime unto the next and be a longtime legacy for My Church. Just be faithful, beloved, meek and humble of heart. You continue to pass through each obstacle not with ease but with much grace.

I said, “Wow, Lord. Oh Jesus, help me.”

And now Jesus want to speak to the two souls here in the community.

“Allow Me to speak to these two souls.”

“My beloved brides and beautiful daughters, I am so very pleased with you. Each one of you, truly I am. I have seen the battles you have fought in your mind and heart, the ones you have conquered and the ones you have struggled with and still struggle with. I do not condemn you, I am here to encourage you, build you up and say to arise, stand with Me hand in hand with your little mother. It’s not easy for her as well. You three are pioneers, you are sketching out paths others have not walked through yet, and that is why it’s most difficult. Pioneers become bridges for generations to come, to cross over, to fulfill and do great things, but it will cost you everything. You three are My laid down lovers, although you struggle to lay down from day to day. I hear the thoughts of your heart, and you are willing despite the heartaches, setbacks and storms. And for that. I appreciative to My dear Mother Catherine. Truly do the novena to st. Catherine of Siena and learn from her, follow her life ever closely because it will mirror yours very much. You must start from somewhere. There is so much that you’re holding up and some even by a thread. And your burdens have been great. But breakthrough is underway, My beloved one. Breakthrough is underway for your family, for your son and even your marriage. I am breaking so that I can mend. and when I mend, I correct what was in error. You have suffered under the hand of various ministries and have been wounded, you have suffered under the hand of others and have been wounded, and you have suffered under the hand of your enemies and been wounded. You are My wounded lover, and I want to heal you, because of the many trials your heart has become embittered and harder especially towards those who do evil and have wicked intentions, because you have seen firsthand and experienced firsthand the pain of their vicious attacks.

I have caught your tears that you have cried bitterly in the middle of the night that no one knows and yet you carry on. You are called to mother, lead by example and by your love. But how can you when your hurt still hurts from these wounds, where your heart is still guarded and can be critical and suspicious of others. It’s because of your upbringing and how I have led you in the past. But I am doing a new thing. I am calling you to become a saint and lead others in My way of brotherly love. Allow Me to heal you, minister to you, comfort you, and increase you in a greater capacity to love as I love, and see as I see, even your enemies. You are called to mother the sick because of the great compassion you have, not only for the physically sick, but the spiritually sick. How your heart will weep for those lost souls, especially those who have given themselves over to the works of Satan. It’s your love, your prayers and sacrifices that will snatch them out. Work with Me and work with your little mother.

I have asked her to take you under her wing, to teach you My ways and to teach you a deeper place in My heart. Those I send to the mission house will learn by example from all of you. They will observer your attitudes, sayings, your gestures and even body language, and will glean from that. So you all must lead by example.

You, all should not complain, murmur about suffering, or any directions that is given. All of these things opens the door and cause small fractures and tears within the community and your relationships with each other. Speak frankly and plainly with each other. When one may be struggling or find themselves backbiting, complain or speaking negatively about anyone, correct one another swiftly and quickly so the enemy has no room or foot within the community. Teach the young ladies the same. Brotherly love, brotherly love, brotherly love must be the thing that remains and sustains the community.

To My beloved Christine, I have seen your perseverance and also your resistance at the same time. I do not condemn you, nor am I far from you. It’s a bottleneck spirit that you are dealing with, that must be bound firmly. It causes your thoughts, tasks that need to be undertaken bottlenecked. So you feel paralyzed to do anything. This can be overcome by a strong will to be obedient, to be diligent for Me. Every morning, cover your computer equipment with My blood and ask My spirit to help you not to get distracted that day, then begin working. It would be good to pray the prayer of protection over each project you’re called to do and persevere in it. I am growing your maturity in an accelerated way. Do not shy from it. There are many things I cause you to perceive, feel and see. It’s not for you to judge, criticize, or even carry it. It’s for you to pray, beloved. In the stillness of your heart, I am there. Neither should you ever be surprised about what you see happen in the community. When something doesn’t feel right or it’s off, pray. It’s your prayers that will sustain each other, sustain your little mother and sustain the community and the souls I have entrusted to you. Pray and leave it there with Me, do not allow it to ruminate your heart or the enemy will build a stronghold easily.

I want you both, My daughters to be free to be who I have called you to be, under the guidance of your little mother. Trust her, knowing that I am moving in her in sometimes the most imperceptible ways you cannot perceive. Even she doesn’t know because I place lessons for the community each day. The readings this morning was to encourage you all that I have pity on this community and your struggles, and I am shepherding this community with your little mother. She is raising both of you to be shepherds in this community, will have great compassion and love over the flock that I’m leading you to form, and great pity on this community around you that is filled with darkness. You will be My shepherdesses, leading many out of darkness into My marvelous light. Yield yourself to My breaking, to My teaching, and most importantly, My spiritual formation through your little mother. because it is I leading her, as she follows Me, for you to follow her and lead others to follow in that same order.

I have great gifts and anointing available for you all, and soon you will walk in. The retreat will be your Pentecost. It is the upper room for you three and even with your little one, My beloved. I will endow you through with power from on high, to be filled with a greater measure of My spirit to avail yourself to do ministry. Fast those two days, My beloved ones, on bread and water, and be expecting for great graces, blessings and gifts that will be given to you as you come back in unity, in joy and resilience to press forward with this work.

My beloved brides, follow the inspirations I have given you concerning the disciplines and schedule for the community. Discuss with them and you guys be in agreement. Move forward. I am with you and so is all of heaven.”

And that was the end of Jesus beautiful message to us. I found me a rhema card that Christine pulled a few days prior to this message. And I pulled it again. And I think the Lord is really trying to make it clear to us. The city of God is truly a light in the darkness. And it says, “The work will begin slow. I’ll encounter every man of opposition, criticism, and resistance. But the merciful love of My heart and the light of My Eucharistic face will shine in places long claimed by the power of darkness.” The city of God, light in the darkness.

And truly indeed it is a family has about three shrines of deities that they worship. There are many, many traditionalists and spiritual churches that don’t follower Jesus but follow the ancestors or pray by the ancestors. And there are many who believe in both. Not only believe in Jesus but also believe in the power of ancestral worship which is just witchcraft. And so continue pray for the mission. Pray for us the community. And please pray for the city and the nation of Ghana of what the Lord desires to do. God bless you family to the next message.
