Tips From Our Intercessors On Intimacy With Jesus

Hello family. I hope you all have enjoyed the intimacy with God series.4

And I've taken a couple of ideas with you first on how to cultivate time with the Lord and how much He desires to be intimate with each of you especially our new subscribers.

Also pray many of you took the next step and accepted Jesus proposal to be not only His disciple but now His bride. There's a church and there's a bride. There's a real difference family as Jesus conveyed this parable of the 10 virgins.

Matthew 25 1-13.

At that time the kingdom of heaven will be like 10 virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. Five of them were foolish and five were wise. The foolish ones took their lamps but did not take any oil with them. The wise ones, however, took oil and jars along with their lamps. The bridegroom was long time in coming, and they all became drowsy and fell asleep. At midnight, the cry rang out, "Here's the bridegroom. Come out to meet him." Then all the virgins woke up and trimmed their lamps. The foolish ones said to the wise, "Give us some of your oil. Our lamps have gone out. No, they replied that may not be enough for both of us and you instead go to those who sell oil and buy some for yourselves. But while they were on their way to buy the oil, the bridegroom arrived. The virgins who were ready went in with him to the wedding banquet and the door was shut. Later the others also came, Lord, Lord, they said, open the door for us. But he replied, truly I tell you, I don't know you. Therefore, keep watch because you don't know the day or the hour.

This is about those who had the oil of intimacy and those who fell asleep lukewarm. They too were His brides but lost their intimacy with the Lord because of the waiting, gone back to sleep. Actually all of them got no back to sleep in the world.

Therefore when Jesus came He told them I never knew you. But you see the ones who had the oil trimmed their lamps were intimate with the Lord and got prepared and ready. Jesus wants an intimate relationship with each of you. But you must also come close and do violence to distractions to the noise of the world and most important the noise in your mind that continues to hit you with condemnation with fear that you will hear from a lying spirit with unbelief that says this is not the Lord and that Jesus only speaks to special people, pastors prophets etc. or you haven't prayed enough, been good enough. There are lies. He calls us all to draw close, to seek him until you find Him. So seek Him, and don't stop until you find Him.

He's just a whisper away, a still small voice away. Silence your mind, open your heart, and quiet yourself. There you'll hear Him speak to you. And write down all you get and have faith using the Rhema to confirm the Lord's instructions to you.
