Dream Of What I am Doing, And What I can Do

Hello, family. Greetings in Jesus' name. I was in a dilemma in regard to instructions on fasting.
I didn't have specific guidance from the Lord on how to fast and from what to abstain or when to open the fast. These minute things are actually desires of the Lord. He knows what is good for us to a level where we can ascend spiritually. Please pray for me, dear family. I still need to obey the Lord in all His demands. Please pray for me to overcome my flesh and self-will and do His will.
I was before the Lord.
He began to speak.
"I'm sorry I didn't leave. I'm here. Just trust. Don't be afraid. Give unto Me and leave. I will take care. When you trust, I do what is needed. My ways, My desires, My love. Just trust and trust your health. I will take care. Fast as I say, no coffee. Trust Me, eat as I said. Eat less. Whatever it is."
Okay, Lord.
"And eat when I say, I mean after your kids. It's My desire."
Okay.
Here, the Lord is referring to after taking care of kids at night, then I can open my fast.
Trust Me. I will do and dream of what I'm doing and what I can do. It is My will that you do love Me. You withdraw, thinking, "I don't accept you."
That was the end of the Lord Jesus' message.
