Prayer Day 11 Her 11th son :Prayer Against A Spirit Of Lukewarmness

Father, we humble ourselves before you this day, recognizing that we are wretched, pitiable, poor, blind, and naked. We have been complacent surfing the winds of past success, indifferent and coming before you half-heartedly. We recognize our sins, and truly you would be without reproach if you were to judge and condemn us, even spit us out.

But today Father, we come asking for your forgiveness for our presumption, forgive our lack of zeal to fast and see your purposes fulfilled, forgive our lack of discipline in pursuing you, forgive us Father, for having allowed ourselves to fall gradually into neglecting while even knowing that are waiting for us at the altar.

Father forgive our lukewarmness in the name of your Son Jesus Christ. We renounce the Spirit of Lukewarmness today OUT of our lives, out if the lives of out children, out families, out of Your Church, out of our nation (mention the name) renounce every compromise with sin and spiritual apathy, in the mighty name of Jesus.
