Prayer Day 31: Her 31st Son: Prayer Against A Spirit Of Dishonesty

Scriptural Foundation

John 8:32 – And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Proverbs 12:22 – Lying lips are an abomination unto the Lord, but they that deal truly are his delight.

Psalm 51:6 – Behold, thou desirest truth in the inward parts.

Prayer

Righteous Father, You who are Light and in whom there is no darkness at all, we stand before Your throne repenting for every seed of dishonesty that has operated in our lives, our families, and our generations. We acknowledge that deceit began in Eden when the serpent beguiled mankind with a lie, and since then falsehood has multiplied in the hearts of men. Today we renounce every covenant of deception, every agreement of manipulation, and every spirit of falsehood inherited through bloodlines, culture, or unclean associations.

Lord, expose and uproot every lie that has become comfortable in our speech, behaviour, and decisions. Where dishonesty was used for survival, forgive us. Where deception was used to gain favour or advantage, purge us. Let the sword of truth pierce our inward parts and cleanse every hidden motive. Let Your Spirit of Truth fill our hearts and homes. Father, break the power of false prophecy, counterfeit visions, flattery, and seducing words that come from the Jezebel system of manipulation. Let every covering of deceit that blinds families, churches, and nations be torn down.

We decree that the foundations of our lives will no longer rest on half-truths and appearances but on righteousness and integrity. Establish a new covenant of truth within us. Cause our lips to speak with grace and honesty, our hearts to love truth, and our minds to discern deception in all its forms. Let the light of truth shine into the corridors of our lineage, exposing every hidden record of lies, forged agreements, and secret manipulations. Replace the old nature with the nature of Christ—the Faithful and True Witness. From this day, we choose truth as our inheritance, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
