Scriptural Foundation Exodus 20:3 – Thou shalt have no other gods before me. Ezekiel 14:3 – These men have set up their idols in their heart. 1 Samuel 15:23 – For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Colossians 3:5 – Mortify therefore your members… and covetousness, which is idolatry. Prayer Eternal King, we bow before You acknowledging that You alone are worthy of worship. We repent for every idol erected in our hearts, our bloodlines, and our nations.
We confess the idolatry of self-will, pride, money, ambition, success, relationships, comfort, culture, and religion. Forgive us for exalting created things above the Creator. We tear down every throne where Jezebel has enthroned pride and self-glory in place of humble obedience. Lord, expose and overthrow hidden idols disguised as personal vision, reputation, and ministry achievement. Break the spirit of covetousness that has polluted holy ambition. Sever emotional and spiritual attachments to people, possessions, and systems that compete with Your Lordship.
We renounce all alliances with ancestral deities and territorial gods that still demand reverence through culture, lineage, or blood pacts. Let the fire of the Holy Spirit purge our hearts of false worship. Let our altars burn only with the incense of surrender. Jesus, You are our only desire, our only King.
Restore first-love fire and holy devotion. Teach our generation to prefer obedience over fame, consecration over comfort, and faithfulness over applause. Establish Your throne in our hearts and reign forever, in Jesus’ name, Amen. Declarations 1. Jesus Christ alone is enthroned in my life, family, and destiny. 2. Every idol, visible or hidden, falls and burns by the fire of God. 3. My loyalty is undivided; I serve the Lord with purity of heart. 4. The altars of pride and self-glory crumble in my lineage. 5. Worship and obedience to Christ are my everlasting covenant.
