Sister Mary Catherine’s Heavenly Experience

Here is my experience in heaven.

Before I try to imagine, everything is blank and I hear, “You’re blocking, my girl.” I thought, “Is this Saint Francis?” So I try to let go and the first thing I see is my husband. He’s overjoyed to see me, and we both decide to discover Heartdwellers Lane. It’s like a long, wide street, with

buildings on the left and right sides. My husband discovers an art store, and we both want to look at it. But just as I want to look closer at it, Saint Francis appears and offers to be my tour guide, while my husband stays behind at the art store. Saint Francis takes my hand, and I’m kind of startled, but he explains to me, that in Heaven there are no such feelings, since we’re wed to Jesus.

So we went down the street—he shows me an alley, which leads to a few hidden apartments in the city. That’s where I live on Heartdwellers Lane. It looks a bit like Italian style. I try to go in but cannot realize the details. Well, I just must wait for Heaven to see it.

We continued down the street, after I left my apartment. He was waiting outside for me, and he wanted to show me the monastery of Saint Therese. She greets me outside and we enter. It’s huge, almost like a palace. I have this question in my mind, why someone would want to live in a prison in Heaven, but she explains to me, that it’s like a close family here, and there are no rules like on earth.

After I went out I decide to leave Heartdwellers Lane, since I kind of wanted to be alone at the time. So I decided to go to my cabin in the woods, my real home. It’s in the middle of a thick forest, not on the mountains, but plain ground. It’s raining very often, and the sunny days are just beautiful. When I arrive it’s raining and kind of dark. I get inside and go to the bedroom and sit on the window sill and just lean my head on the window and watch the rain pour. The most relaxing thing ever. Somebody then comes up to me, I think it’s Jesus, and He sits right next to me. I lay my head on His chest and just rest, with the rain in the background.
