Take Authority Over This Demon of Asmodeus

Hello, Brothers and Sisters and Heartdwellers Family!

This message is about taking authority over this demon of Asmodeus, as I mentioned. This is a follow-up from the first message Jesus gave concerning praying for marriages [You Are Gifted To Be Influential in the Area of Marriages].

When I was on the mountain at the refuge, I found myself in the Chapel of Adoration. I was just praying, and I saw this big beast sitting on the beds of many married couples, (physically sitting on their beds) and on the beds of a lot of singles as well. I just remember contending for marriages—contending for my marriage as well. And I just asked the Lord, ‘Lord, How should I pray? What should I pray for?’ I got the Bible that was in the adoration chapel, and I just opened it randomly. It was to Tobias and Sarah— Chapter 7, where it says,

“Route out the demon Asmodeus”.

And I thought, what? Wow, Lord. So this is what I’m dealing with again. For those who have been following me on the channel for a while, as you guys are aware before I married Father Derek, the Lord brought me to Zambia on a mission trip. On the mission trip in Zambia, I had a demonic attack—a very strong demonic encounter. It was the second day [after] I arrived. It felt like a man just laid on top of me. I was on my belly on the bed, and I just felt like it felt so real—like a man just plopped himself on top of me, and I could feel his breath on the left side of my cheek and everything. I was terrified. I couldn’t move—I had sleep paralysis.

The only people in the house with me were a pastor and his wife. I thought to myself, ‘Oh my gosh, I can’t believe this is a pastor trying to take advantage of me’. That’s how real it felt—until I was able to release myself and I recognized, wait, that was in the spirit. I opened my eyes—I looked around, and nobody was there— nobody was there. So I just began to pray—praying. I could hear the pastor and the male pastor in the other room praying. I was just interceding and praying.

The Lord gave me a revelation concerning what that was. He said it was a spiritual husband that I needed to pray against and that I had been initiated into witchcraft by the king of Zambia. I remember thinking, ‘Lord, why Zambia at all places?’ Because when the Lord called me to Zambia, I didn’t understand why He had me go there on my first mission trip and the significance of it. So He gave a message, which, if you guys remember, I put on the channel, giving an understanding concerning my background—what it is I have been dealing with for so long, and the attacks in the area of marriage. He very clearly told me that Father Derek’s and my story is very much like Sarah and Tobit’s story, and I need to pray. I needed to do seven days of praying at the Lord’s Supper and do an offering of my marriage to the Lord, using the Blood of Jesus — like over an intersection—Father Derrick’s and my intersection in our lives to break every curse and covenant that had been made to stop us from being married. Once again, I shared all this on the channel with you guys.

When I started listening to Pastor James, I heard his testimony that he shared about how he came out of witchcraft. Once he was in Christ, he was so excited to get married. Before then, every girl he had dated while in witchcraft, died. Now that he was married, he thought that for sure, he was set free—he was liberated. He wasn’t thinking about that until his fiancée, ten days before their wedding, said she had a vision or a dream of this older woman coming and hitting her in the head with a club. He [Pastor James] also had the dream of this old woman coming to attack him. He said he just woke up and said, “Oh, the blood of Jesus, the blood of Jesus…,” and left it at that. That very day, his fiancée had a headache. She went to the hospital and died.

He was so embittered and angry at God. He didn’t fully understand why the Lord allowed this to happen. He knew the powers he had served before—the powers of Satan—and he knew the power that he now served was so much more powerful. Satan, in no way, was in league at all, with God. So, he didn’t understand why the Lord permitted this, especially as a believer. He thought he was untouchable —because he was in Christ. He had to then go through the process of understanding deliverance. I love what he said—that salvation is free, but guys, in Christ, there are things that will cost you. One of them is intimacy, and another is deliverance. He said it’s going to cost you consecration. If you want to be delivered from the things that you are in, it’s going to cost you consecration.

You have to consecrate yourself to the Lord. You can’t do certain things that you used to do or even things that other Christians do because all of us have a different walk—all of us have a different road. The purpose of all of these guys, as the scripture says, is that when the Lord comforts us in our troubles, we can comfort others. If I hadn’t gone through this or gone through deliverance—or going through deliverance still, especially in the area of marriage—I wouldn’t be able to equip, strengthen, and help anyone else be delivered, or be set free from the attacks in their marriage.

So as we’re all one body, we’re different members, and the Holy Spirit moves in us differently with different gifts. That’s the reason why there may be some who may not have certain battles that you have, but the battles that you have are very important and very intentional because the very thing that you battle, guys, is the very thing that you’re called to overcome—and you will overcome. Once you do overcome, God is going to use you to bring freedom, liberation, and deliverance to others—and to teach them how to overcome the very things that you’re battling.

So at that point, [Pastor James] was taken through a long process of just deliverance. He recognized that he needed deliverance. It was a process of deliverance where the Lord then took him to Tanzania and had him fast and pray— fast and pray—having no idea that when he was born, his umbilical cord was buried somewhere in Tanzania as a charm or witchcraft covenant—with this lady he had married—this witch that he had married (as an infant). I think it was within a few days of him fasting and praying, the Holy Spirit said, “Check your pocket”. He reached into his pocket, and guess what? He pulled out his umbilical cord. Crazy right?

It was after that moment that he could finally connect with his wife—because he did get married, but after getting married, he was not able to connect his wife intimately as husband and wife, He didn’t know why. It wasn’t until the Lord revealed to him about his umbilical cord still being tied—and buried somewhere in witchcraft in Tanzania—to his first wife, the witch that his mom gave him to—was when he was able to be set free.

That gave me so much liberation to understand. I want to say so much liberation because it gave me so much peace and understanding concerning my story and why it was that they had me go to Zambia and had do the communion service for a particular amount of days, using His blood to cancel anything that had been made and, in the spirit, any demonic covenants and agreements that I was initiated into or that I came into agreement with, concerning my marriage. I was like, ‘Wow, Lord, this stuff is real!’

If I can be honest, I still sometimes doubted that message or just wondered in unbelief, like ‘Lord’, all of this seemed so surreal in my life. I never knew any of these things. But as you mature in the Lord, you begin to have revealed a lot of layers in your life, and that of your family’s life—once again, to bring you to deliverance so you can help deliver others.

So, as he brought before me, the demon Asmodeus to rout him out again, I was like, okay, I’m familiar with this story for sure. I’m definitely familiar with this demon, as I prayed against him in Zambia, not having any idea, guys, that four months later I would be getting married. So that was all that was necessary—my going to Zambia, my doing the Lord’s Supper, the seven days of intentional prayer, how The Lord wanted me to pray, what he wanted me to do to break free from the influence of witchcraft in my life.

Like I said, I didn’t know what was before me. Neither did Pastor James know what was before him—that he would get married again—go through the process, and then be delivered from that so he could be intimate with his wife. So now he is delivered and shares his testimony with the world to bring deliverance to so many.

With this particular message, I just want to bring up pointers and share with you, revelations that God has given me concerning this particular demon—what he does—who he is—and really how the Lord said he’s ravishing His church, he’s ravishing His body. The demon Asmodeus is a wicked, wicked demon. He’s ancient, as it says in scripture, in the Tobit story, he’s an ancient, wicked demon. For those who don’t know what Tobit is— Tobit is a book in the Catholic Bible, as part of The Apocrypha in the Bible before the Reformation.

After the Reformation, certain books were taken out of the Bible [that were deemed] to be folklore and not necessarily scriptural. But the Holy Spirit testified to me that it is very scriptural—a very real story. Tobias and Sarah were very real people [whom] the Lord used in a powerful way to bring revelation about marriage, about spiritual husbands and spiritual wives—about breaking covenants and knowing the demon behind them. That’s what I want to share with you guys today.

The demon Asmodeus, as I mentioned, is an ancient demon. He’s actually one of Satan’s generals (when I researched more about him). As you know, we have angels and archangels—Raphael, Gabriel, Azrael… There are quite a few of them. Satan also has the fallen angels that he goes to, who are like principalities over the demons. Asmodeus is a king of demons, over lust. He works hand in hand with Jezebel as well—any lustful sexual immoral spirit, he works hand in hand with.

Tobias’ and Sarah’s story, if you haven’t read it, I encourage every Christian [to read it]. It doesn’t matter if you’re Catholic or not. Like I said, I’m not Catholic, we are Heartdwellers. We believe in the fullness of the faith, the Blessed Mother, and the Blessed Sacrament. But we also believe that Holy Spirit is our head, leading us, not necessarily the Pope. Although we do pray for him, and we love the church. We pray for the Catholic Church, the Protestant Church, and all the churches because God desires that we become one body. So I would encourage you to please read the Book of Tobit. You can Google it. It’s even at Bible Gateway, the Book of Tobit is there.

So the book of Tobit is a story about two families in distress, and God hears the cries of the prayers of those in the family who were distressed. In one family, we have Raguel and his daughter Sarah. She is the only daughter and she’s had been battling in marriage. She’s been married seven different times, but [each time] on the night of her marriage, her husband died, so seven of her husbands have died—they died before they consummated their marriage.

At this point, she’s so ridiculed by the maids, she’s reproached by those outside— reproach, and shame have come upon her family so much that she wants to kill herself. So she cries out to God, and it says in the Bible that it’s a prayer of death. She cries out to God, asking for death to take her because the embarrassment is too much and the shame is so much on her father, [her] being the only child.

In the end, she [decided to] really cling to Jesus and/or cling to God and ask for His mercy—imploring His mercy. It says, immediately, as she prayed, her prayers went up, and the angel of the Lord took her prayers up to the throne of the Lord. God.

Then you have Tobit. Tobit is Tobias’ father; a righteous man who follows, the Jewish law. At that time they were being oppressed by the leaders of the land [who were] not allowing them to bury their dead. According to Jewish law, it was necessary to bury the dead as it was unclean to leave dead bodies out, especially Jewish bodies. He [Tobit] takes it upon himself that when someone dies, he goes out and buries them. As he’s doing that, his service to God, he sits on a tree to take some rest, and a bird comes and actually poos on him—on his eyes, which forms scales on his eyes, and they blind him. At this point, he is reproached even by his wife. It’s like the Book of Job— by his wife, all his friends around him, you know, kind of scolding him. Shame and embarrassment fall upon him too—he’s so distraught. At this point, Tobit remembers that he still has some money from his family. Because he feels that he’s going to pass away soon, he wants to leave some for his son. So he asks his son, Tobias, to go on a journey to his homeland to retrieve the money.

[At the same time as Sarah] Tobit also cried out to God in his distress, his pain, and his suffering, and God heard him. The Lord sent an angel (Archangel Raphael), but in the form of a man, to come and assist Tobias in his journey to retrieve the money—but really, to go and marry Sarah.

Tobit, Chapter 3, Verse 7 says that Sarah was Raguel’s only daughter, who had an issue with marriage—every suitor that came to marry her was given to her but killed the night of their marriage. The wicked demon Asmodeus killed each of Sarah’s husbands before they could consummate their marriage.

Wow, and that sounds like what Pastor James went through with his first wife. So, as I mentioned, I was in the chapel praying, and the Lord gave me this particular scripture and this story concerning what I was battling, and what is battling marriages—what demon or beast that I saw sitting on the marriage bed of many couples.

Tobit Chapter 7 verse 11, says it was decreed from heaven that Sarah is to be given to Tobias.

So, the Lord says the same about me—I was created for Father Derrick, and he was created for me. I believe all marriages put together by the Lord have been decreed already from heaven—that you’re meant to marry each other. So I don’t believe there are options that God gives you, but I strongly believe that in heaven, as you were formed in your mother’s womb, God formed a mate for you, just like he formed Eve for Adam. He didn’t give options to Adam, saying, “Oh, here’s Evette, Eva, Candace, Lisa, Trichelle, Kara, choose which one you want, Adam”. No, he didn’t do that. He made one just for him out of his rib—that he created just for him. I believe that strongly with marriage—that God, if you’re called to a married life, has created someone specifically just for you. So you must pray and seek the will of God concerning marriage and whom it is that he wants you to marry—because it’s very, very important whom you marry.

The demon Asmodeus is the ancient demon sent to destroy marriages. And that’s what the Lord revealed to me, that this demon initiates many of us in our youth—in our young age, even in our childhood. But the purpose and goal is to destroy our marriages. He wants to destroy the first covenant made with God. That is his purpose.

When he initiates you in pornography and masturbation and fornication before you’re married. When he initiates any type of molestation, sexual abuse, or homosexuality—all of these things you think are okay, yes, to affect you spiritually to affect your life—you know, affect your salvation. But the purpose of all this is to affect your marriage.

If he can touch you as a child—if you get initiated with him as a child in any of these sexually immoral manners, in the long run, he knows, as I said, sexual abuse is going to affect your marriage. It’s going to affect your intimacy with your husband.

You know, homosexuality or lesbianism—that’s going to affect your marriage because you’re not going to want to marry the right gender. You’re going to want to marry a different gender or not get married at all. And what that cuts off is God’s legacy in your life and the legacy that he has called you to. You know, if you are given to pornography, masturbation, or lustful desires, you know, strip clubs, all of these things, all these vices are what are going to affect your purity in your marriage. There are going to be open doors in your marriage—things that you’re going to allow in your marriage, things that you’ll watch in your marriage, thinking it’s okay. Rather, it’s this demon having its influence and coming to a place of bringing destruction in your marriage and after your children as well. So we know that Satan loves to destroy marriages because he’s after the children.

So, like I said, he gets us young. He initiates us young, attaching ourselves to this particular demon. And he just ravishes us—many of us more so than most.

And that’s why it’s important that you must check or look into the cycles of your family to see, you know, man, where is this that this demon has had influence generationally in my family? And I have to do that research, and I realize, wow, he’s had such a stronghold in our family. So,

1. He causes delays in marriage.

2. He causes bareness.

3. He causes death in marriages, both spiritually and physically. He killed all of Sarah’s husbands—all of them, all seven of them. So he causes death not only spiritually but also physically in marriages.

If you have a marriage or family friend in your family cycle that somebody in the marriages always dies prematurely, that’s a sign that he is present in your bloodline and in your generational history.

1. He causes suitors to run off. So one may come close to getting married, but relationships never really last or lead to marriage.

That was one area of my marriage that was stuck as well. I didn’t know his influence was there. And I didn’t know it was also witchcraft.

1. He causes shame, reproach, and disdain from others on a soul waiting to get married.

So let’s say God has called you to wait to get married, like myself. I believe that I got married at God’s appointed time. I wanted to get married earlier, but I believe I got married at God’s appointed time. A lot of the delays were caused by witchcraft, curses, and the interference and influence of this particular demon. However, there are some souls whom God has called to wait on your husband until a later time.

You may then—because of the reproach, the shame, and the discouragement that you get from your family, friends, and even your parents—be pushed into the wrong marriage or wrong relationship prematurely because you can’t wait.

So he also causes that influence of those around you who will tell you—”Oh, your clock is ticking”, “You’re getting too old”, “Oh marry this person…”, and “Oh, what are you doing?” It causes so much shame and reproach constantly that you get worked up with anxiety, and then you just kind of give in to whoever the next person is who comes just so you can pacify those around you—because everybody is asking you to get married, you’re getting too old.

So don’t do that, wait on the Lord. Don’t be led or pushed by the influences of those around you, especially your loved ones. They mean the best. But they don’t realize they’re being influenced by this demon.

1. He causes sexual issues in marriage, such as perversion, infidelity, adultery, pornography, lustful desires, and thoughts for any other person than your spouse. Dryness, and discontent in intimacy in your marriage. He causes sexual dreams and initiation of marriage like it’s a succubus and incubus spirit. Even in your single life, having those dreams, once again, affects your marriage. It causes impotency in marriage, meaning that you have no desire at all for sexual relations with your spouse, and vice versa, your husband too has no desire for his wife, a natural sexual drive and thirst, he causes all of that.

So Tobit, chapter 8 says;

“Tobias remembered what Raphael said and took out the fish, liver, and heart and put them on the embers. The incense and the odor of the fish so repelled the demon that he fled to the remote parts of Egypt, but Raphael followed him and at once bound him by hand and foot”,

So I’m not going to read the whole book of Tobit, as I’m encouraging you guys to read it. But chapter 8 talks about his journey.

On his way to meet Sarah, he goes to a river just to wash off, and a huge fish comes and attacks him and tries to swallow his foot and swallow his body. But once again, the person he’s on the journey with, Archangel Raphael in disguise, tells him, “No grab the fish, cut it, and get his liver and heart, and put them on the embers of incense when you see Sarah”.

That’s exactly what Tobias did. When he met Sarah, Raguel was so excited and happy but also fearful because he felt that, for sure, Tobias was going to die like the rest of them. He even dug a hole next to their room just in case—to prepare themselves if he passed away.

But Tobias remembers what Raphael said, and at that very moment, before they consummated their marriage, he took out the liver and heart he burned on the incense and said the smell so repelled this demon that he fled. Immediately Raphael went, like the angel that he is, and bound him hand and foot. Amen?

So immediately when I read this, I was like, Lord, first off, where’s this fish? What is the fish’s name? Is the fish still alive? Lord, please, so we can grab this fish—not sell it but tell everyone and give out for free so we can also get the liver and the heart, and burn on the embers, Lord, so many marriages will be delivered. Because I take the Bible very literally—this is a is a very literal story that really happened.

Unfortunately, the Holy Spirit didn’t give me the name of the fish or tell me the fish was still alive here in our time. But He did give me a spiritual thing to do, which is kind of like a symbol of what Tobias did. That’s asking for the Odor of Heaven to come down to your bedroom to consume it and to also consume your marriage bed. That Odor of Heaven would so repel this demon that he would flee and that it’s only Archangel Raphael that can bind this demon.

So that’s what I want to go into:

How to Rout this Demon, Asmodeus

You first have to repent of the sins of sexual immorality in your life that you’ve committed that you’re aware of; that of your family line; and that of your spouse’s family too. This is a discussion that you guys can have. If your spouse is not a Christian or is not forthcoming, you can seek the Holy Spirit, or just look at your spouse’s life, his family, his mom, and his dad. What are the cycles that are going on in their lives? Because those are the demonic spirits. If it’s negative habits, sins, or demonic spirits we need to bind with the Holy Spirit and take authority over and repent of that.

Okay, so you can look at your family cycle to see where repetitive, negative habits, in your family’s life, and in your spouse’s life. Then need to bind whatever spirit is operating or circumstances or situations that you see as cycles—you can take authority over that, and repent—repent of that.

I have some examples here:

As the demon Asmodeus is over lust, you want to repent of any sexually immoral acts that you have committed, that you see your spouse has committed or that you’re aware of. Also within your family— generational. You want to repent of….

1. Fornication: If you start having sex outside of marriage, before you get married, that’s initiation—an open door. You want to repent of any adultery or infidelity in your family, that’s happened in your marriage. Any homosexuality, lesbianism, or perversion of any kind of—pedophilia, any type of perversion—bestiality.

2. Covetousness is one way that this demon has a stronghold. If there’s even a point in your life where you have desired another man’s wife or another man’s girlfriend. Even when you’re young in high school and you desire to pursue a girl who was taken by another boy, these are symptoms— you don’t realize—it just seems like it’s cultural, it’s, the cute thing to do when you’re little. The girls too, if you’ve pursued a woman’s man, these are all, once again, initiations of this demon. This is the sin of covetousness. So you want to repent of covetousness.

3. Any type, any form of sexual abuse, molestation, incest, that’s all initiation and open doors as well; whether you have been the abuser or you have been the one who’s been abused, you just also want to repent and renounce on behalf of that happening to you—that act happened to you, affecting your bloodline. Many times, you can bank on the fact that somebody else in your family has been molested too, so you want to repent of that.

4. Repent of rebellion, witchcraft manipulation, pornography, masturbation, murder—any type of bloodshed or abortion you want to repent of and renounce any of that.

How to rout this demon:

1. Take authority over this demon—you speak authority over it ask Arch Angel Raphael to bind it hand and foot over your marriage.

2. Rout him out of your life, out of your spouse’s life, and out of your marriage, and send him to the remotest part of the pit of hell, and his back-ups, reinforcements, and leaders who sent him.

3. Bind his influence and destroy his works with holy fire over the areas of your marriage you recognize he is attacking.

4. Destroy his works and influence over your bloodline and that of your spouse. If he has access to your marriage, that means he is generational. He has been there for a long time and has been given legal access to your marriage. So you cleanse your bloodline and that of your spouses with the blood of Jesus.

5. Command him never to return. Ask for the Odor of Heaven to come down and consume your bedroom and your marriage bed.

Interestingly enough, as I was praying this prayer, the Lord began to speak to me. He said if there has been any sin of fornication; if you have stepped out or started having sex before you were married, every bed that you slept or did a sexually immoral act, whether it was masturbation or an intimate union with someone else, guys, your marriage bed was defiled. Once again, this demon will bring an influence into your life to affect your marriage. And the Lord showed me that all these beds are defiled. He said to begin to pray and ask holy fire to consume every marriage bed that you defiled, or your spouse defiled before you guys got married. It’s almost as if that is an open door or that gives him legal access into our lives, into our marriages. I was like, “Wow”, I didn’t know that. I literally saw just like—like I said, defiled beds, you know, defiled beds so, um, not giving too—too much information but the point is, if you were actively sexually—active before you got, um, married —a lot of times it doesn’t have to be penetration sex, it could be just like I said, masturbation, touching, um any type of sexually immoral act that you know is displeasing before the Lord, before you got married, then you—wherever you had that act, became a bed that was defiled, which defiled your marriage bed because only type of intimacy that those touches should be only for your husband. But once again, we live in a generation that just so common, so loose, and it’s just normal to do. So, we don’t realize that really does affect us like these become demonic open doors for Satan and the demons Asmodeus to have access to our lives, whether you’re married or you’re single. So we want to ask the Lord to bring holy fire to consume and destroy every—every ungodly bed that was defiled before you got married. Or even a godly bed that was defiled—that means it’s not your marriage you wanted Him to destroy that.

1. For those waiting to get married, bind his influence and bind him over your intended spouses.

So you see with Tobias, the Lord sent help to help him find Sarah, but the enemy sent the fish to consume his foot. So you want to ask the Lord to bind his Asmodeus’ influence over your intended spouse.

Remove every distraction, relationship obstacle, or hindrance, whether the enemy sends a fish or sends a real fish—a female fish that’s trying to snatch your husband or your wife, (your supposed wife whom God is intended for you) you want to bind his influence because he’ll do that, and so to stop them from finding you.

Then you want to ask the Lord to bring a helper to locate your intended spouse, to help them on their journey to find you.

He gave all this through the story of Tobias and Sarah. As a couple, you guys pray together, the Tobias and Sarah prayer.

As a couple, we now pray together the prayers of Tobias and Sarah

So at the end of the chapter, it’s beautiful, after their wedding night after this demon’s repelled, Tobias says a beautiful prayer before the Lord, and the Lord blesses the prayer, and he comes in agreement with that prayer.

So it’s a prayer that you want you and your spouse to pray together, and I’ll have it in the next video. A prayer to rout Asmodeus out of your life and out of your marriage, so you want to pray this prayer every day with your spouse. If your spouse is not available, is not prayerful, or maybe he does not really agree with this, you know—you just don’t understand spiritual warfare, witchcraft—that’s okay, you just stand in the gap, you know, praying for your spouse. So you just pray this prayer for you and your marriage, and vice versa if your marriage is strained in any way you pray for this for your marriage. If you’re not married, go ahead and pray for your future spouse. That’s the powerful thing to pray ahead of time, praying into your marriage now.

I hope this teaching has blessed you guys. I hope that it’s equipped you. I hope it also brought liberation if you’ve seen some of the symptoms I mentioned in your marriage or your spouse or in yourself that you know now what it is that you’re dealing with and how to bind it, how to rout this demon and his influence out of your life and out of your marriage.
