What Are Soul Ties & Spiritual Husbands/Wives -Part 2

So now family, this leads us to spiritual husbands and wives. What are they, how could they have access into your lives, and how to get rid of them?

Funny enough, even Muslims and many cultures around the world believe in spiritual husbands and wives. They sometimes share the story in the form of folklore when it’s an ancient demonic spirit. These demonic spirits are usually known by the name of succubus for a female and incubus for a male. These demonic spirits come from the marine kingdom.

The kingdom of darkness has different regions and areas of territory they use to operate and have demonic portals from our dimension to theirs. One of the areas of influence is water. Mermaids, mermen, incubus, and succubus all come from the same family—from the marine kingdom and are all demons.

An incubus and succubus spirit come to have intercourse with you in your dreams. If you have had dreams like this, then for sure, you have a spiritual husband or wife. The two are one and the same. They can cause sleep paralysis as well. Sometimes they may not always succeed in engaging in sex, but they will initiate some sort of intimacy, touch, or closeness.

Sometimes a female demon can come and engage a female sleeping to initiate them into homosexuality. You can, as a woman, have a spiritual wife if there is homosexuality in your bloodline.

For example, I had a very vivid dream, I remember in 7th grade, doing immoral acts with a popular female celebrity. She wasn’t on my mind I was thinking of her or ever had any inclination to same-sex attraction at all. But I woke up and felt so violated and disgusted to my stomach. The first thought that came to my mind was, am I gay? I was so confused thinking why would I have that dream? I came to find out, a year or two later, that homosexuality was in my bloodline, and I didn’t know it. Then it made sense to me I was being initiated, but Christ got me. Even this family member had given their life to Christ and no longer lived that lifestyle after coming to Jesus. But I realized that was a spiritual wife that I had and needed to get rid of.

A spiritual husband or wife can also leave marks—scratching on your body when you wake up in the morning and you don’t realize where it has come from. My sister had such an experience when she would wake up and have several scratches on her back. She couldn’t understand where they were coming from or why. Then she had a dream where the Lord opened her eyes and she saw a red demon in her room hanging from her lights with big horns and he had male parts just hanging laughing at her. We knew it was a demon, an incubus spirit, but it wasn’t until much later that she realized that was the true form of a spiritual husband she had.

Spiritual wives and husbands have a covenant with you. So they have legal access to your life. As I mentioned, they can sleep with you, initiate you into intimate acts, or they can hide from you and rather bring such torment and influence into your life and that of your marriage. A marriage is a covenant, it’s binding. It’s the same as a spiritual covenant marriage made in the spirit—it’s binding unless it’s broken.

The demon Asmodeus was in Sarah’s life for a long time. It says in Scripture [Book of Tobit] that 7 husbands were killed. It doesn’t give a time frame, but I am sure it was not back-to-back. It may have spanned out through a length of some years. She didnt realize why she wasn’t able to follow through with a marriage. Because she didn’t have just any spiritual husband, but the king of demons demanding her all to himself, Asmodeus. It doesn’t explain how he got there but his influence was in her life.

The traces of a spiritual wife and spiritual husband are the same as the demon Asmodeus. He is the demon that leads them all. He is the strongman for their stronghold.

If you guys understand what a strongman is he is a bodyguard to all the other lesser demons. Meaning that it was important for the Lord to make us aware of who Asmodeus is, to rout him out, which breaks his stronghold. Then you are able to deal with any spiritual husbands or wives that you have.

Matthew 12:29

For who is powerful enough to enter the house of a strong man and plunder his goods? Only someone even stronger—someone who could tie him up and then plunder his house.

So the Lord is calling us to use our authority and strength in Him to tie the strongman and then plunder his house. This means taking back what has been stolen from us, taking back territory in our lives and that of our families. Amen?

As I mentioned, the traces of a spiritual husband and wife are the same as the influence of Asmodeus. They [cause] delay in marriages, bareness, death in marriages spiritually. For instance, if your spouse has no desire for prayer, no motivation or ambition in life, is very lackadaisical about things, is lazy, and can’t keep a job, there is really no fruit in their life. They feel like dead weight. These frustrations you have noticed in your spouse’s character may not be entirely their fault, but they are oppressed by these demons. Of course, if there is premature death, physically, these are all signs of a possible spirit husband/ or wife sabotaging you.

They are jealous and want you all to themselves because of the covenant that has been made. They can cause suitors to run off, so you can be close to getting into a relationship with someone, but it never leads to marriage and relationships don’t last. They cause torment in dreams, harass you constantly with nightmares, replaying memories from the past of old wounds you incurred in a former relationship making you fearful of marriage. They can cause sexual issues in marriage such as perversion, infidelity, pornography, lustful desire, or thoughts for one other than your spouse, dryness, and discontent in intimacy in marriage, causes sexual dreams and initiations in marriage, causes impotency in marriage, unnatural sexual drive, and thirst.

So how do these spirits get access into your life? The number one way is through any sin of sexual immorality. That can be fornication, adultery, sexual abuse, incest, perversion of any kind, bestiality, masturbation, and witchcraft.

If you have not committed any of these sins, like Sarah in Tobit—her father was a righteous man, so I am sure so was she. But it was something generational in her family line that caused this demon to have legal access to her. A curse may even have been placed upon her, or her family.

It could be through curses that you were given this spiritual wife or husband. So, it’s very important that now, as a Christian, you go back to any past relationship that you had with anyone whom you cheated on or treated badly and ask for forgiveness. Pray for them to forgive you as well. Then break any negative curse words they may have spoken over you, over your future, and over your marriage. You know the saying hell has no fury like a woman’s scorn. So a woman or man who is not in Christ can easily say the worst things about you to scorn because of how you treated them in a former relationship. Old, wounded ex-girlfriends or boyfriends could have wicked intentions and take your name before a demonic altar to cast a spell or curse you. So it’s important you do that and ask the Lord to show you if there is anyone in your past whom you need to reach out to. If anyone has done such a thing towards you, [then] break that curse/spell and ask the Lord to heal their hearts so they can truly forgive you. That is just an aside.

Again, if you haven’t committed any of these sins personally, then it can be through witchcraft. As Pastor James made it clear in his testimony, he was given into marriage from the day he was born, to a witch. Some of us have no idea what kind of evil covenants were made in our families. I found out it was through a great, great, great grandfather who made a pact with ancestral spirit to exchange all the marriages in our family for power. There is a demonic covenant that was made years ago—maybe hundreds of years ago. This spirit was the demon Asmodeus, accompanied by all the spiritual husbands and a spiritual wife—because of my own personal sins, and sins in my bloodline. My goodness if it not for the mercy of God, I should not have gotten married or even have had a fruitful marriage. But I will by the Grace of God!

This was all given to me by revelation through time. So there are covenants that have been made in your family that can give a spirit wife and husband access to you. You see as angels are assigned to you when you are born, the Holy Spirit brought to my mind that spiritual husbands and wives are assigned to us too if there is a demonic ancestral covenant in your family. They marry us off sometimes even before we were born! Some are given to a generation in a family to torment and to fulfill the binding covenant they have whether no one in the family gets married, or no marriages last after 20 years, or by the age of 40 all the men have a state of restlessness and commit adultery. I really believe that is what is affecting so many marriages now in our generation. We think it’s cute and give it a name mid-life crisis. No, it’s a mid-life demonic assignment on marriages causing men and women to be discontent, restless, and covetous, after the age of 40, in marriages or after 10 years of marriage so they cheat. This all has traces of the working of the demon Asmodeus and the spiritual husband and wives that come with him.

Sometimes you may be at peace, content enjoying your marriage, but it’s your spouse who is having difficulty and it causes a lot of tension and fighting in your marriage. So you think the problem is them, that they have demons and assignments etc., because you’re a prayerful woman or man, not realizing it may be just you. It may be your spiritual wife or husband fighting them in your marriage because they want your spouse to leave you so they can have you again all to themselves.

That is why it’s so important to seek the Lord—to ask Holy Spirit to reveal what is in your bloodline, and to bring anything hidden out into plain sight, Luke 8:17. That is a prayer point the Lord put on my heart last week during our marriage prayer meeting and, wow, did I begin to have dreams. After the one I shared with you guys, I had another dream where there was a man with me, as we ran arm-in-arm. It was a very pleasant peaceful dream where I called him by my husband’s name. We then began to run arm-in-arm together. But after waking up I realized, wait, that wasn’t my husband. He didn’t look like him. I thought, oh wow Lord, You revealed another spiritual husband.

Some of you may say, well how can I tell if I have a dream with a random woman or man, that it’s a spiritual husband or wife, and not just a random dream? Or maybe not an angel? Or even a saint that I don’t recognize who just simply approached me? I understand. I have had dreams of people who speak to me, but I can’t see their faces. They always give instructions, and many times those are angels or Holy Spirit coming in the form of a man—even one of the Cloud of Witnesses coming to me. A Godly dream will leave you with much peace. Always check the fruit and many times if Jesus and Holy Spirit show up in a dream, they kind of make it clear to you that it’s them. Or you feel a sense of divinity when you wake up—that you were with God and he gave instructions or showed you something.

If it’s a random person whom you are being intimate with, our touching intimately or you call them your spouse’s name in the dream, but they don’t look like your spouse—or you can even be married to someone else in a dream or being married off to someone these are all signs that it is a spiritual husband or wife. If you are about to be married in a dream to someone else, you immediately want to break any witchcraft covenants that have been done against you. I had one such dream and I didn’t realize I was to do anything about it. I was being married to someone else. In the dream, my real husband was so sad as he watched me prepare to marry someone else. I felt his sadness as I said wait, I am supposed to be marrying him instead. When I woke up, I did a sigh of relief realizing, oh it’s just a dream and my real husband was lying next to me. But now I realize that was a spiritual marriage being prepared, made in the spirit, that I needed to break right away.

Lastly, if you made a pact or even word-pact with a former ex, that you would marry them, or things like you can’t live without one another, these can form soul ties that need to be severed. One example, the Lord revealed to me that I not only had a soul tie but a spiritual husband, It was an ex of mine whom I dated when I was in the world right, before I gave my life to Jesus, and before I met Father Derrick. We talked about marriage several times. At his birthday party, his friend poured alcohol on our heads and on the floor as he said that nothing successful would go right in his life if he didnt marry me. That I was his wife, and he was my husband. Of course, I laughed it off and actually desired that. So I didn’t think anything of it. And, we were partying for his birthday, not realizing the spiritual implications.

He would constantly show up in my dreams—all the time—that I was about to marry him—be with him. Even after meeting my husband, during our engagement, I had so many dreams about being with my ex instead. So this was not only a soul tie but a spiritual husband that was using the face of my ex. When this happens it is a demon but it being revealed to you where the source came from. It was through my ex that this spiritual husband came not only because I lived in sin, but I also agreed to a pact that was made through libation.

Libation is a drink poured out as an offering to a deity.

We find this in Psalm 16:4, where David said;

I will not pour out libations of blood to such gods

or take up their names on my lips.

You know, in movies we see this, people who lived a hard life, pouring out alcohol on the graves or tombstones of their loved ones who passed away, having no idea the source of where this practice comes from. It’s witchcraft.

My ex’s best friend didnt say a deity’s name but he spoke a covenant over us, and I agreed in ignorance and innocence.

Oh, living a life of sin is so dangerous, truly. We thank the Lord for deliverance and liberation.

How do you get rid of them? First, by repenting. Repent for the sins you have personally committed that opened the doors, or for the sins of your family and bloodline if you see a cycle in any of these things I mentioned. You can also repent on your spouse’s, or your fiancé’s behalf, and even pray for your future spouse—I strongly encourage you too.

That is what the Lord had me do for five years, really interceding on Father Derricks’s behalf and my behalf, doing warfare prayers, breaking curses, renouncing soul ties on his behalf and mine before we were able to get married.

Again, the Lord reveals to redeem, so I encourage each of you to seek the Lord. Ask Him to show you cycles in your family and bloodline. Ask Him to reveal to you that anything hidden in the spirit should be brought to plain sight. If you haven’t committed any personal sin of sexual immorality, ask Him to show you if there have been any witchcraft covenants made against you or your future marriage by the way of a spiritual husband or wife so you can deal with these demonic spirits now and so they don’t affect your marriage later.

You must renounce the soul ties first, then give each spiritual wife or husband a divorce decree to break the covenant you have made with them in the spirit and destroy the altar on which this demonic covenant was made.
